New developments frequently have their origin in discussions with customers, when ideas and requirements are defined by means of existing models or by drawings and pictures. Material and surface, quantities, sizes and delivery requirements are then needed to make a binding offer.

When constructing prototypes or first runs, the details must be agreed with the customer. Tools and engravings are designed in advance in 3D design with special programs and presented as an image. Since we perform many of the steps in our own premises and also prepare improvised first samples, it is possible to rapidly implement new collection parts and individual customer wishes, even with tricky specifications. However something new always requires a bit of time and good planning.
