Permanent quality

We make buttons and decorative small parts from polyester and acrylic, starting from plates, blanks or rods. Thermoplastic materials are processed by injection moulding. Metal buttons are manufactured by us by centrifugal casting or by partners using die casting. Buffalo horn, vegetable ivory, wood and staghorn are turned, in some cases on manually operated machines and if the material and design allows it, also using modern automatic lathes.

Natural materials and in particular plastic parts are usually ground, polished, coloured, varnished or printed. These processes must be optimally adapted for each material in order to correctly show their properties and achieve beautiful colours and surfaces.
